Kyle Fisher will be in his fifth year as an assistant on the Ravens staff in 2016-17. In Fisher's first four years at Coffeyville, the Ravens have an overall record of 97-34.
In his third year, Kyle was part of a team that won their second Jayhawk East Conference title in three years. The 2014-2015 Ravens finished 26-6 overall.
In his first season in 2012-2013, the Ravens won their third straight Jayhawk East conference title with a perfect 18-0 league mark. The Ravens finished 32-3 overall including an appearance at the NJCAA National Tournament. The Ravens won their first round game at the national tournament before being defeating in the second round. The Ravens were ranked #2 in the final NJCAA poll of the season and also reeled off 25 straight wins during the season. Coffeyville also had four players make the all-conference and all-region teams.
Prior to Coffeyville, Fisher served as the top Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Ariz. for two seasons. Prior to Eastern Arizona, Fisher served two seasons as the top Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa. Prior to coming to Creston, Fisher served as a Graduate Assistant for his alma mater, Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
Fisher was a four-year member of Washburn's basketball team where he played for Hall of Fame Coach Bob Chipman. A native of Liberty, Mo., Fisher graduated from Liberty High in 2003. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University and a M.S. in Sports Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
Fisher is married to Kathryn, who is the Director of Rehab Services at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. The couple have a daughter, Grace (1).
