2025 Red Raven Softball Picked 8th in Preseason KJCCC Div II Coaches Poll

The 2025 Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Softball Team has been picked to finish 8th in the KJCCC Div II Softball Preseason Coaches Poll.

The 2025 Red Ravens will be under new leadership this season as Ashton Friend takes over as the newest Red Raven Head Softball Coach.

Johnson County was picked to finish atop the KJCCC Div II Preseason Poll  this year with 9 first-place votes and 140 points.  Neosho was picked to finish second followed by Cowley in third and Kansas City Community College in fourth.  Fort Scott was picked fifth with Labette and Allen sixth and seventh.  Interestingly, Coffeyville and Independence were tied for eighth position with both schools pulling 49 points to tie for eighth in the preseason ranking.  Highland, Cloud, and Hesston rounded out the bottom of the preseason rankings.

The NJCAA Softball season kicks off on January 31st with the Red Ravens opening their season at Murray State College that same day.
