Coffeyville, Kan. - The Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Women's Volleyball Team defeated Friends University JV 3-0 during Red Raven Volleyball Sophomore night. With the victory, Coffeyville improves its overall record to 22-7 including a 4-3 record in Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference matchups.
The Red Ravens jumped out quickly over Friends JV sweeping the three sets 25-12, 25-13, and 25-19. Freshman Sarah Madsen led the Red Ravens with 12 kills and 11 digs. Sophomore Sariah Sumpter pitched in 8 kills to help the Ravens.
The Coffeyville Community College Volleyball sophomores were recognized with a ceremony honoring their time with the Red Ravens.
